It is not the truth. It is not Reality.

Everything that you feel, hear, touch, smell is an illusion.
Everything that your eyes behold, that you believe is so important, is an illusion.
Do not take anything seriously. Turn within, do not react.
The turmoil, the chaos that appears to be in this world,
It is not the truth. It is not Reality. It is something that comes and goes.
This too shall pass. 
Reality is eternal. It is love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, meekness and self control and all else is fleeting, and temporary.
