Avon Jade and Konading with M22

I had to hurry as I have to leave in just a few minutes. I can see I have a little more clean up to do. :) Sorry about that.
I had to oil up because I'm so dry. :)

This is Avon's Jade. It goes on really great in two coats.

I used Konad white and Konad Plate M22 with the four leaf clover design for Saint Patrick's Day.

:) I drink a ton of water. You wouldn't think I would be so dry.

I haven't done my nails much at all this year. I think this may be the second time.
:)
Have a great day,
Susie

Orly "Enchanted Forest" with Konading

This is Orly's "Enchanted Forest". It has a tendency to look almost black but it is the most pretty green.

The first coat was thin and streaky sort of but the second coat made everything perfect. :)

I used the Konad plate M79 "clouds" with the Konad White.

It has been a real windy, dark, rainy, cloudy day so I thought this would be a good manicure.
I haven't done so many manicures lately because I'm super busy with Christmas shopping. I'm almost done. I only have two things to pick up.
I have been busy working on quilting my very first quilt I ever pieced too. I'm over half done with the quilting. YEHA!

Ok strange manicure. P2 Color Victim "Trouble" and Plate HB28

This is P2Color Victim "Trouble"!
A real nice green. It applied pretty good in two coats.
I then used plate HB28! I was going to try the little ghost but they never came out very good so I just put the full name spider web thingy on.
Ya a white spider web...........go figure. Weird manicure for sure. :)
Have a nice weekend,
Susie

Sinful Colors "HD Nails" using Konad Plate M66 and Konad White Polish!

I planned on using my new Sinful Colors "HD Nails" polish today and saw Beautopia's blog post here: http://beautopia.onsugar.com/Simple-Bamboo-Nail-Art-Design-OPI-Konad-10945311 and decided to use the same plate she did.
This polish was 4 coats and a tad thin.

It is a pretty polish but it had a tendency to leave bald spots/drag spots. :)

This is Konad plate M66.

Rather pretty eh?

These are the supplies I used.
Till next time,
Susie

Manicure for grandson:

My grandson Drew is coming over for a few hours this afternoon so I thought I would do a BOY type manicure. :)
This is a polish called Sally Girl from the Sally's Beauty Store. It has no name.

The first coat was streaky and the second coat helped a lot but third
coat did the trick. :)

I really like this color.

Ya here's another.

I used plate BM15!

The polish I stamped with is the Konad Green.

FUNKY eh?

ELF? or RBG? You decide!!!! :o)

Ok gals, you decide!
Elf "Mint Cream" $1 and RGB "Minty" $14

PHOTO 1: Left hand!

PHOTO 2: Right hand!

PHOTO 3: Left hand!

PHOTO 4: Right hand!

So you pick a photo and tell me which finger has which polish.
The ELF polish was three coats and the RGB was two.
Application was just a tad easier with RGB but not all that much.
I shall see tomorrow how they hold up.  I have a birthday cake to bake and icing to make and color along with running the dishwasher and cleaning it out.

"NOW" I know why everyone raves over OPI "Jade Is The New Black"!

Click to enlarge as always! :)
Like the title says "NOW" I know why everyone raves over OPI "Jade Is The New Black"!

The first coat is streaked and yucky but the second coat makes everything perfect.

I like this so much I couldn't bare to Konad over it. :)
If you are waiting on this one, don't wait any longer!

Fauxnad update for Sally Hansen "Green With Envy Manicure"!

Check my post before this one here to see the original manicure:
This is my third design I've done from this plate. It is BM03 using the leaf design. Skulda from http://skuldasclaws.blogspot.com/ wanted me to try it. So here goes.

I was going to use white and then I noticed I had some dark green Konad polish so I used that and glad I did.
I love it!

A TIP: This design likes to be scrapped side to side NOT top to bottom. The polish would not come all off when I scrapped top to bottom. :)

Here are the supplies I used.
Have a great day!

NOTD: Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear "Green With Envy" & I bruised my hand!

Hi gals!
I thought I would entertain you while I'm waiting for this manicure to set up good enough to do some fauxnading. Skulda from the blog http://skuldasclaws.blogspot.com/ asked if I would do the leaf design from the BM03 plate so I'll try it next. :)

I was surprised how nice this polish was to apply. I've used the Xtreme polish once before in Ocean Blue. I loved that color and I love this one too.

It was two coats. :) The first one a tad streaky but second one does the trick.

This is my bruised hand. I was moving the hamper out of the way so I could mop the floor and I smacked my hand into the edge of the door where the sticky outtie thing sticks out. :)
It puffed way up and it still a tad swollen and immediately discolored. This is the second day. OUCH! :) SEND polish for recovery. LOL........Just kidding, it is fine today though.
Have a great MOTHER'S DAY weekend,
Susie

KOTD = Konad of the Day! Love it! SPLAT!

I really love this manicure. What's not to like about green and splats. :o)
I used China Glaze Tree Hugger for the base, Konad White for the design and Plate M21!
