BBA Recipe #25 Pizza Napoletana

Here is the 25th recipe from the Bread Baker's Apprentice book. It is called Pizza Napolentana. I halved the recipe.
 I added ham, pineapple, cheese and Alfredo sauce! 

It is really good. :) Only two pieces left.

  5. wow you are making me hungry, looks delicious. Have a question, r there any recipes for gluten free bread. A coworker has been gluten free for about 6 months and she has not found a great bread recipe yet.

  16. Alfredo? That's interesting. I've thought of doing something like that for a White pizza (using ricotta and mozzarella and some Canadian bacon)
