Cheddar Cheese Rolls

These rolls are SO very good if I do say so myself. I made them one night to go along with lasagna I had made and my daughter in law Erica went nuts over them. I made them again on Saturday to have with our BBQ.
YUM!

  2. Jim,
It's from Donna Rathmell Geman's book The Bread Machine Cookbook. I love this little book.
    Cheddar Cheese Bread
    1 1/4 cup milk
    1 1/2 T butter
    3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 T sugar
    1 t salt
    3 1/2 cups bread flour
    2 t yeast
I just let the machine knead and then I formed into balls, let rise and baked at 350° for 20 minutes. :)
    Thanks,
    Susie

(Btw Donna Rathmell Geman's big book of Bread Machine recipes (a collection of all her little books) was after K.A. my second English (bread)book http://www.ipernity.com/doc/soepkipje/album/16567 :-))

  4. I think I've got about every book she wrote but that one volume would be nice. :)
