Cut black vinyl with my new Silhouette SD today...

The Silhouette SD is an electronic cutting tool that connects to your computer allowing you to cut fonts and images in cardstock, vinyl, heat transfer material, etc.
I cut a few shapes the other day and then cut the black vinyl today.
COOL eh?

I used Orly "My Beau".

I've used this before and I have to say it is one of my favorites.

Three coats but they go on easily.

 This is Konad Plate M12!

First Card I ever made for my son Ronnie's 28th birthday:

I embossed the card and envelope with musical notes.
I took little wooden letters and used my Copic Markers on them.

I used a glitter pen to write. I really need to learn to take my time with my writing. :)
I stitched around the oval with my Janome 6500 and I used ink and a make-up sponge around the outside. :)
We had a nice time together for his birthday.

Christmas Manicure: Konad M12

Here is a Christmas manicure I just did. My nails are super short because I broke two while doing all of these Christmas projects and my cuticle and skin are so very dry.
I haven't done a manicure in almost a month.
I did the base last night which is Orly "Shine".

It was just two coats. Application was easy.

I used Konad Special Green Polish to stamp with.

The image plate I used is Konad M12!

I then took some red polish and put a glob on a paper plate and took one
of my dotting tools and put the red on like ornaments. :)
Happy Holidays,
Susie

Photo Candles I Made!

Got this idea from Logan's Crafty Momma on YouTube. So cool. Here is her video about adding photos to candles. I love her videos.
It was so fun. I may decorate them more but I kind of like them just plain.
Susie
These all have photos on both sides except for the one candle.
Here is the one side.

 Then the other side!

 One side.

 Other side.

 One side.

 Other side.

This one has just one photo.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
Susie
I did end up adding ribbon to the bottom of them.

I made some glitter ornaments! Take a look!

This is what I started with. Just a clear glass ornament.
Then I played!

Here is what you need!

Glass ornaments from the craft store
Ultra fine glitter
Future Floor wax (I can imagine any CLEAR floor wax would work)
Ribbon
If I would have had some die cuts or some vinyl lettering I may have added that.

Here is the video where I got the idea from:
