We ended up 'not' going on our three day Harley trip. We went today about 267 miles and it was great but they are calling for rain all weekend so we are home relaxing. :)
This is my first try playing with Essie. I got this in a swap. :) It is called "Mod Squad" and I'm loving it.
I would REALLY love some more of these.
I loved the application. Two coats and almost no clean up. Can't beat that.
Isn't is so very pretty.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Susie

This is a beautiful colour. I've never tried Essie either (don't think the brand is available in the uk) but it sounds like you recommend it :-)
ReplyDeletelovely colour Susie. I don't have any Essies' as I had heard the application was not always great, but now Im wondering if I should try some, as you thought it was fine ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks gals. :) Appreciate the comments.
ReplyDeletejoygeng thanks for the award. I'll take a look in a minute. :)
Laura and BabyD, yes I recommend at least the one I tried. :)
Essie <3
ReplyDeleteAnother-Penelope,
ReplyDeleteGlad you love Essie too.
:)
Susie
I like Essie. I don't know why people say they are so watery. I think they are overly expensive. You can't say they are great value but I like them.
ReplyDeletejaljen,
ReplyDeleteThis one was a tad watery and maybe that is why it went on so great. It didn't go all over my cuticles and it was gloppy and yucky. :)
I'd like to get my hands on a bunch more to try. :)
Susie
Wow that is so drool-worthy!!! Can't believe what a pretty, powerful pink!!!
ReplyDeletejo.frougal,
ReplyDeleteThanks! Glad I made you drool.
Susie
This color is very flashy, kind of color you like ;)
ReplyDeleteSaori,
ReplyDeleteThanks. Yup I love flashy. :)

allmylove,
ReplyDeleteYour blog won't let me leave a comment.

I love this colour on you! I only have one solitary Essie - Bordeaux which I got in a swap. I hate this. I don't know if they added thinner to it but it is watery and thin (even at 2 coats!) I just was so turned off by it I haven't got a single Essie! I wonder if I need to give it another chance... um...
ReplyDeleteThanks for this post!!
BV
BV,
ReplyDeleteThis one was thin but I was able to apply it without getting it all over my skin which is a plus and it was only two coats. I think it is hit or miss with Essie from what I have been reading.
Thanks,
Susie
