Here is LA Colors Color Craze "Shock"
I like how it applied EXCEPT it took four coats.
It's taking a while longer to dry/harden. Not sure why. I used Seche Vite like I always do. Could be the polish OR the many layers. :)
I really like the brightness. I mean you can't help but SEE my nails.
:)
We are leaving Friday morning on a Harley trip so I may just take this orange off tomorrow and where my Hot Topic cream white polish. I will take my PORTABLE E.L.F. Nail Polish Remover Pads and the tiny Hot Topic bottle with me. Riding a Harley all day can be rough on the nails and I can't bare to be without polish.
We are leaving for 5 weeks later this summer and will be bare. EEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK!
:)
Have a great day,Susie

ReplyDeleteSusie

ReplyDeleteLovely orange but 4 coats is always a pain in the bum :/
ReplyDeletexo

ReplyDeleteThanks. Ya four is a little much but doable. :)
Susie

Susie
Sunglasses warning! Hot!
ReplyDeletejaljen,
ReplyDeleteLOL. You are so funny. Thanks.
Susie
Girl, you KNOW you need to make those nails look like orange flames for Harley! Get some black polish and nail art them in! ;)
ReplyDeleteI posted on your later post about the application. You answered it here....thanks!
Kimberly,
ReplyDeleteLOL, I did do flames once. I used a polish from Zoya called "Harley" (grayish) and found a flame design. LOL and used red.
You're welcome. Thanks for looking,
Susie
Hey, that orange is great! Just think of it as a motorcycle safetydevise. Im sure the motorists will have no problem seeing ya.
ReplyDeletemtajudy,
ReplyDeleteI never thought of that. :)
We are hoping to go to Lake George, NY to the Americade Friday. The weather is suppose to be cool. Chance of rain for the weekend.
How is the weather where you are?
Susie
Great orange color. 4 coats is a pain. maybe next time try it over an opaque white with 2 coats of Shock (i know it's 3, but better than 4) I also purchased e.l.f. polish remover pads. They work really well. Nice scent too...but they leave this greasy oily film (nothing soap and water can't fix)
ReplyDeleteHave a great ride!
Beata
This is pretty and reminds me of the nail polish I blogged about recently (: www.territ92.blogspot.com xo
ReplyDeleteHi Beata,
ReplyDeleteYes, now that I know it takes lots of coats I wll TRY to remmeber to put an opaque white under. I don't know that I own an opaque white. Do you?
Yes, ELF removers are oily but it will oil my cuticle at the same time and it is tiny for Harley riding. :)
THanks a bunch,
Susie
Terri,
ReplyDeleteThanks. Yup it is like the one you blogged about and I commented back on Sat. :)
Susie
I have 2 opaque white: SH Insta-dri White and OPI Alpine snow. For layering I use the insta-dri because it's "instantly dry" ha ha!
ReplyDeleteBeata,
ReplyDeleteOK I'll get some SH INsta-dri White. :) Thanks.
Susie
