Here is my manicure for today. I used Revlon's Scented "Gum Drop" polish. Yes it is scented. It smells to me like bubble gum. :) It is such a pretty color. It was 4 coats though.
I Konaded with the Konad Princess Blue Pearl Polish and Konad Image Plate M71.
I like the blue over the lavender.
It was only my second time trying a design that goes over the tips. I REALLY need practice.
:o)
Susie

Caro,
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised I thought of the BLUE over lavender too. :)
I was mostly talking about my right hand. The tips are lined up very good. I'll try it more often. :)
Thanks a lot,
Susie
did you use a top coat? I wonder if it needs a top coat..and then would it take the smell away? hmmmmmmmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go hunt for sally hansen hidden treasure and revlon Gum Drop polish tomorrow!!
was the gum drop polish expensive?
that's adoreable Susie!
ReplyDeleteThe blue on the lavender looks great.
ReplyDeleteYou're 54?! You have young looking hands!
ReplyDeleteThat is so gorgeous, love the colours you picked!
ReplyDeleteReally pretty Susie... I need to get more konad polishes. I find these pastels hard to apply. What I do which helps is apply the first 2 coat thin make sure each coat dry and then apply the 3rd coat thick which helps even out the bald spots. HTH :)
ReplyDeleteshortnails,
ReplyDeleteYes, I used a topcoat (seche vite) and a top coat (koand) over the konading. I can still smell it but not as much.
Thanks Enami lGirl, Beata, Productrater, and KONADomania! :)
Michelle, WOW, thanks for the compliment. Pretty good considering my sister said I would have OLD hands. LOL.
rmcandlelight,
I did three thin coats letting them all dry and then the thick one because I got sick of coating. :) Next time I'll try the two thin and one thick. :) THanks1
