Cake I made my Grandson Drew a few years ago.:)

Just thought I would share a cake I made my grandson Drew a few years ago. One of my favorites.
I've been so NAIL crazy I haven't shared much of my other hobbies. :)
Enjoy your week.

  9. Ms susie. please tell me the secret to wonderful manicured hands + cooking/ baking

I love to bake...cook...etc. But I find that cooking/ baking takes a toll on my hands. My skin gets super dry since I handwash everything and my nail polish chips since I wash hands often...especially when I bake.

what do you do to keep your manicures so beautiful? how do you do it?

by the way how long did it take you to do this? did you bake 2 cakes, put them together and cut out the shape? i've never attempted something so ambitious. most creative thing I did was make smores cupcakes....didn't turn out too well

  10. shortnails,
:) You talking to me? UM I just started doing my nails in Dec and I'm thinking I have a LONG way to go before I get really nice manicures. :) I don't do the application so hot or the clean up. I'm getting better though. Thank you so very much for the compliment.
HUM, I guess I don't cook and bake really all that much but being alive for 54 years I have accumulated a lot of photos. :)
I do moisturize quite a bit now.
I used a Wilton cake pan that is the shape of the Mutant Ninja Turtle and it comes with directions. :) I know you could make them. I have TONS of cake pans. :)
    Thanks again,
    Susie

  19. woops too fast posted.

your konads are so clean and no smudging. that is impressive.

even with using konads top coat many people still smudge their konads a lot
