Bread Baker’s Apprentice: CHALLENGE #22 Pain de Campagne

"S"OO finally I'm back to baking. :)
Here is my try at the BBA Challenge #22 Pain de Campagne.
Easy and so very tasty. Lots of flavor. I ate the "S" and one big roll with turkey, lettuce, and mayo for lunch. YUM!
Along with the "S" and the two rolls I made a round loaf. I clipped into it with scissors but very tiny snips to create another "S". :)

  8. I guess you could have shaped the S more "curvy" by using bowls or something with soft round edges while it baked?
