Bread Baker’s Apprentice: CHALLENGE #17 Lavash Crackers

Here is my try at the Bread Baker's Apprentice Challenge #17 Lavash Crackers. :)
Very easy to make. Very tasty!
Would I make these again? YUP!
Would I eat most of them? YUP!
Awesome!
Do you see my "S"? LOL!

    Your crackers look great. I didn't really enjoy this recipe, but it seems like most everyone else on the challenge did.
